Diss U15s v Wymondham U15s Cup semi final.

Diss traveled to Wymondham to take on a team that's reknown to be a tough, well drilled team. Diss were unfortunate this week, losing four experience players to injury and sickness.they had enough to start with a team of fifteen against Wymondham with their full quota of twenty players in their squad.
Diss kicked off then played hard throughout the game. Pushing forward when they could and defending as strongly as possible. It took fifteen minutes before Wymondham could take their first try, with three further tries in the first half. With a half time score of 24 - 0. The second half continued as the first, two further tries were scored, then Diss suffered an injury with Tom Elkins stepping into full back position being carried off, leaving Diss to play with fourteen players halfway through the second half. Wymondham then found spaces to run at Diss with a further three tries bringing the score to 55 - 0 to Wymondham. Diss boys didn't drop their shoulders throughout the game, doing very well to keep Wymondham at bay.
