A Smashing Result

The Vixens travelled to Ipswich with a determined mindset after training hard in the past couple of months and this all paid off
The Squad of 12 - Jess (C), Georgia (VC), Cecily, Jasmin, Rose, Olivia, Sophie, Ellie, Charley, Imogen, Alana & Jo were slightly disappointed on arrival to find the opposition had jsut 5. Some quick thinking led to us playing 7s and lending 3 different players a quarter.
The girls put their training into practice, making some amazing tackles and looked great with the tries flowing.
Top Scorer was Ellie with 6 Tries, followed by 5 from Jo, Jasmin with 4, Jess with 3 and then 1 from each of Georgia, Cecily, Rose, Charley & Sophie.
Ipswich battled hard and the Vixens played well when helping them out adding 4 tries to their score.
