West Norfolk 2s 0 : 38 Diss Saracens

With a number of players being called up to the firsts and many conveniently unavailable for the trek up to Kings Lynn it was all change for the Saracens again with several third team regulars given the chance to impress which they all duly did. After absorbing early pressure the Saracens worked their way up field and from a 5 yard scrum, with the Diss pack again showing good power, number 8 Josh Monks picked up and charged over. The sprightly Danny Pickess marshalled the forwards all afternoon and after more good work the returning Adam Williamson went in for a try under the posts with James Wyatt converting. The Saracens continued to absorb the pressure the lively West Norfolk team were putting them under and the flankers Nick Garnham and Wibur Hemmant were at the heart of the Diss defensive effort. The Diss team looked to run the ball at every opportunity and after a series of off loads winger Triston Miller went over with Wyatt converting again, 19-0 at half time.

The second half followed a similar pattern to the first with Diss finishing their chances after a series of powerful runs from Sam Jacobs, Jack Germany and Patrick Umba. hooker for the day Karlton Gray showed surprising pace to step through a number of players to score and Josh Monks broke numerous tackles to score two more with Seb Goodge converting two.
