Emily Rackham awarded the TRED award

Congratulations to our Vixens U16s captain, Emily Rackham on receiving the TRED award from Eastern Counties Rugby Division.

The TRED award is presented to those who are an outstanding example of the core values of rugby: teamwork, respect, enjoyment, dedication and sportsmanship.

Emily is an incredibly well respected member of the squad who always has a positive attitude and can always be relied upon to support and welcome new players into the team. We look forward to watching and supporting her in her rugby career at Diss RFC.
